Through the Council On Language Teaching Development and three American consulting companies, he graduated over 30,000 participants from high impact experiential seminars and served over 500 companies. His experience also includes assistance with the development of a global program at a worldwide entertainment company, where he subsequently delivered seminars on the topics of Management and Creativity to over 300 participants.

He is a charismatic and frequent keynote speaker and workshop leader on organizational leadership, entrepreneurial success, successfully handling rapid behavior change, and enhancing personal effectiveness through adult learning.
